Stallholder Information
Whitehall Recreation ground, has been secured this year for the event and we are planning on operating the usual Spring Fair format with charity stalls, fun fair rides, business display areas and arena entertainment.
Gates will open to the public at 11.30am and the event will close at 5.00pm. Access for stallholders will be available from 8.30am. The entertainment will kick off at 12.30pm with a varied and exciting programme.
As it's our first year since the Covid pandemic we are hoping for between 2,500 and 5,000 visitors. In past years we had up to 10,000 visitors who gave us great feedback on their experience.
Stall Prices
Charity Stalls - £20.00
Small Business Stall - £25.00
Larger Business Stall - £60.00
Specific site location - £100 - if available
Standard stalls are nominal area 5m wide x 4m deep. We will do our best to satisfy any special requirements, but hope you will understand that we cannot guarantee to do so.
Please note there is no water or electricity supply available on the Recreation Ground.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Clubs will not bear any responsibility for any claims arising from any activity relating to your organisation’s attendance at the Spring Fair.
2. Any tents used must have secure guy ropes, which are clearly marked to avoid anyone tripping over them. Any generators used must have secure guards to protect the public from any hot or working parts.
3. Stallholders must supply their own tables, fire extinguisher, chairs etc for their use and remove all their own rubbish.
4. Static pitches are nominal area 5m wide x 4m deep. We cannot guarantee any special location or requirements.
5. Please note there is no water or electricity supply available on the Recreation Ground.
6. Access to the field will be from 8.30am until 10.30am for setting up. Space for 1 car to park by your stall, other vehicles to be removed by 10.45am.
7. Please Note:- Vehicle SPEED LIMIT on the field is 4 mph. ie (Walking Pace).
8. Gates open to the public at 11.00am and close at 5pm (for safety reasons cars and other transport cannot be moved, leave/re-enter the ground until the Fair closes, unless agreed with Stewards in the case of Emergency)
